- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external agencies.
- Coordiante with production, dispatch, lab to ensure that work is executed timely.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Maintain business records, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support management in administrative, operational and business-related activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups across departments.
- Handle HR activities including recruitment, training, employee records and coordination.
- Take ownership of miscellaneous responsibilities as required for the smooth functioning of the organization.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years’ experience in operations and/or office administration.
- Preferably experienced in a manufacturing company.
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
- Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and execute various things
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
