We are seeking goal-driven, communicative, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Advisors (Life Mitra) under SBI Life Insurance. ​In this role, you will act as a trusted financial consultant, helping individuals and families secure their financial future through customized life insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for working professionals, retirees, homemakers, or sales enthusiasts looking for adaptable working hours, performance-based income, and personal growth. ​Key Responsibilities ​Client Outreach: Build and expand your client base through direct networking, referrals, and digital channels. ​Financial Planning: Assess client needs, income levels, and risk profiles to recommend suitable insurance and investment plans. ​Product Guidance: Present clear policy details, including term plans, savings schemes, unit-linked plans (ULIPs), and retirement policies. ​Documentation & Onboarding: Assist clients through digital policy issuance,



application filing, and medical scheduling via mobile tools. ​Ongoing Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, assist with policy renewals, and support them during claims processing. ​Qualifications & Eligibility ​Education: Minimum 10th Class pass (Higher Secondary or Graduation preferred). ​Age: 18 years and above. ​Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, good communication in local and english languages, and basic proficiency with mobile apps/smartphones. ​Regulatory Compliance: Must clear the IRDAI IC-38 Pre-Recruitment Exam to obtain a insurance agent license (Full training and study materials will be provided).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
