Job Summary

Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate, guest-focused Food & Beverage Associate / Guest Service Associate to join our luxury hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a qualified appearance, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional five-star guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Provide prompt and personalized food and beverage service according to five-star hotel standards.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Set up, serve, clear, and reset tables in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety regulations, and service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to create memorable experiences.
- Support banquets, events, room service, restaurants, lounges, and other F&B; operations as required.




- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality may also be considered.
- Good spoken English and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive, courteous attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B; service procedures is an advantage.
