In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and empowering students with industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and institutional partners through market research, networking, and online channels.
- Consultative Guidance: Interact with students and professionals, understand their career aspirations and learning challenges, and advise them on the best-suited programs.
- Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and product demonstrations to overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
- Relationship Building:
Maintain and expand relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, result-oriented startup environment.
- Adaptability: Fast learner with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory working).
