Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Manage social media and online promotions
- Coordinate with creative team for content and ads
Client Handling & Coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
Client Visits
- Visit clients when required for meetings, discussions, or support
- Represent the company in a professional manner
Anchoring & Presentation
- Handle anchoring for events, demos, or client presentations
- Present services/products confidently to clients
Staff & Work Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Assign and track tasks to ensure timely completion
- Ensure smooth workflow and team collaboration
