- Deliver prompt and professional client support while building long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and seamless trade execution.
- Promote in house research insights and assist in re-engaging dormant retail and HNI clients.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange regulations and internal operating procedures at all times.
- Execute Equity & Derivatives trades accurately for Business Associates and Direct Clients.
Candidate Profile
- Managing back office operations and Risk Management Systems
- NISM Series VIII Certification is mandatory.
- Positive command over English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and build long-term client relationships
