LaunchBridge Global Limited is recruiting Field Sales Executives on behalf of Janani Community Development Foundation for its publication sales and community outreach activities in Thiruvananthapuram.

About the Role

This is a fully field-based, target-orientated sales position.

Employees will be provided with magazines, educational comic books and other publications to sell directly to the public. Sales may be conducted through door-to-door outreach, residential areas, community locations and other approved high-footfall locations across Thiruvananthapuram District.

The primary responsibility of this position is to achieve daily and monthly publication sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell magazines, educational comic books and other publications directly to customers.
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales within allocated areas.
- Approach and communicate confidently with members of the public.
- Explain the purpose, content and value of the publications.
- Work towards target sales per working day.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, sold and returned.
- Handle authorised customer payments responsibly.
- Submit daily sales, stock and collection reports.
- Return and reconcile unsold publications and collections as instructed.
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct while representing the organisation.

Earnings & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Field Meal Allowance: ₹1,500 per month

Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000





Performance incentives are linked to the achievement of the monthly sales target:

- 100% or above: ₹3,000
- 91%–99%: ₹2,700
- 85%–90%: ₹2,550
- Below 85%: No performance incentive

Potential monthly earnings: Up to ₹22,500, plus approved field travel reimbursement.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Higher Secondary.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent spoken Malayalam is essential.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and door-to-door selling.
- Willing to travel within Thiruvananthapuram District.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and mobile internet.
- Honest and responsible when handling stock and payments.

A motorbike or driving licence is NOT mandatory.

Candidates from other districts of Kerala who are willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram are also welcome to apply.

Working Conditions

- Full time
- Monday to Saturday
- Daytime field work
- Permanent full-time position. Initial 3-month performance/probation period applies.
