We are seeking a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer with additional expertise in short-form video editing to lead our visual content creation across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on designing for festival campaigns, flyers, catalogues, and creating brand-based short videos and Reels for social media. Key Responsibilities:

- Create seasonal and promotional festival posters, flyers, brochures, and catalogues for both digital and print use.
- Develop and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms, aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute visual campaigns that increase customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, especially in e-commerce and social media.
- Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.




- Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers if needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design; e-commerce design experience preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Robust portfolio showcasing experience in festival creatives, and video content (Reels/Shorts).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to adapt designs for various platforms (print, digital, and social media).
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics.
- Understanding of performance metrics for social media and e-commerce creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
