Job Summary

The position entails collection and business promoting activities with a portfolio of customer accounts. Will be supervised and audited in various channels and situations and to play an integral part of their respective team, aiming for target achievements.

Responsibilities and Duties

The prospective Candidate will be responsible to handle and support a portfolio of accounts, being able to give the best relationship support and solutions to the needs of customers.

Will be completely in charge of collections activities from the portfolio and aim at achieving targets

Collecting new references and adding more business into the portfolio will be an important task.

Graduate and be able to quickly adapt to changes and culture

Team Handling/ Administration and Team Co-ordinating skills

High Command in Mannered Language and Communication skills

Follow up of Customer Retentions, Accounts Receivables and Customer Acquisition

Close Follow up capacity of the respective Team and the progress towards Seasonal goals of the organisation

Direct In-house dealing of walk in Customers, Mandatory Customer Visits at their premises and a Very Strong Customer Centric approach.

Personal Profile :

Definitely commute in 2 wheelers

High Etiquettes in Pleasant Manners, Tidiness, very well Groomed/ Fresh and Well dressed, Positive Outlook, Organising skills, Soft Negotiator although aggressive professionally.
