Senior Lift Technician

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 15+ years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lift Technician to handle elevator/lift erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that lift systems are installed correctly, tested safely, and made ready for final inspection and project handover.

TESTING & COMMISSIONING

- Responsible for testing, inspecting, and commissioning elevators to ensure safe, reliable, and productive operation.
- Conduct functional and safety tests as per technical requirements and company standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning.
- Verify elevator performance, operation, and safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards before project handover.
- Coordinate with installation, service, and project teams to resolve testing-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain testing,



commissioning, inspection, and handover reports.

ERECTION & INSTALLATION

- Responsible for the erection, installation, and assembly of elevators at project sites.
- Ensure installation is completed as per technical specifications, drawings, quality and safety standards, and project schedules.
- Inspect lift components and ensure proper installation, alignment, and functionality.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, wiring, and installation-related issues.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project personnel for smooth project execution.
- Guide and supervise technicians and installation teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure installation activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Support final inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
