We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Fresher/ having experience of less than 1 year into relevant field to support our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill client hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients Maintain candidate database and track hiring status Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment Strong organizational and coordination skills
