- Handle receivables, payables, reconciliation, and credit control.
- Ensure accurate recording of freight revenues, slot chartering, and cost allocations.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams for settlement of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
