Job Description – Finance Manager (Accounts)

Position: Finance Manager – Accounts
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Property Tax and other statutory tax-related matters.
- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, payments, reconciliations and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, receipts and payments.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses and financial commitments.
- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper accounting of site expenses, project expenses, purchase bills and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, government departments and tax authorities.
- Monitor statutory compliance and ensure all tax and financial records are properly maintained.
- Review payroll-related accounting, TDS and other applicable deductions.




- Manage Tally/ERP accounting systems and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Support management in budgeting, costing, financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain complete accountability for the company's financial transactions and records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Property Tax.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
- Ability to independently manage the complete Finance & Accounts department.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the construction/contracting/industrial sector will be preferred.

Key Requirement

The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete Finance & Accounts operations, including taxation, statutory compliance, banking, billing, reconciliation, financial reporting and overall financial accountability of the company.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
