A Wellness Operation Manager cum CRM (Customer Relationship Management) handles daily facility workflows, staff coordination, and client journeys. They oversee service quality, appointment scheduling, data tracking, and client retention. This dual role ensures smooth business operations while driving customer satisfaction and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management:
- Manage daily center, spa, or clinic workflows.
- Supervise front desk staff, trainers, or wellness practitioners.
- Monitor inventory, facility cleanliness, and safety rules.
- Handle vendor relations, billing, and daily cash registers.

CRM & Client Relations:

- Maintain and update the client database using software tools.
- Track client feedback, preferences, and medical/fitness histories.
- Run targeted follow-ups for membership renewals, missed sessions, and feedback.
- Resolve client complaints quickly to ensure high satisfaction rates.

Sales & Growth Support:

- Promote wellness packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Convert inbound leads via phone, email,



or chat into active bookings.
- Generate daily or weekly reports on client retention and sales metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in wellness center, spa, or clinic management.
- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and standard CRM/scheduling software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and a polite, customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Wellness operation or Restaurant Operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
