Job Title: Telesales Executive – Part-Time

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our team for the evening shift. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating leads/sales through telephone conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services and offers clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and handle their queries professionally.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous telesales/telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
