- Counsel students about courses, internships, and training programs.
- Understand students’ interests and guide them to suitable programs.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from interested students.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into admissions.
- Assist students in the admission and document submission process.
- Coordinate with the training and accounts team for enrollment and batches.
- Maintain proper records of student data and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
- Support marketing activities, webinars, and events.
- Communicate class schedules and updates to students.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
