About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business / Project Head to lead business development activities, manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, client-handling, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day business and project operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Plan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Allocate tasks and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project progress, targets, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and team members.
- Prepare business/project reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify project risks and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Support sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned business and project targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Project Management, Operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client relationship and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in IT/software product or service sales will be an advantage.
- Experience handling school, college, institutional, grooming, beauty, or other B2B clients is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in managing sales teams or project teams will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and performance.

Performance-based incentives be provided based on business/project targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
