NIGHT MANAGER ON DUTY (HOSPITAL)

A reputed hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Manager on Duty to oversee hospital operations during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate hospital activities during night hours.
- Ensure smooth patient care and departmental coordination.
- Handle patient/attendant concerns and emergency situations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
