Job Title: Executive –Accounts and Finance

Position Overview:

The Executive – Finance and Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting budgeting and audit activities, and maintaining accurate financial records for a molecular diagnostic laboratory. This role requires robust domain knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-compliance healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings in accordance with applicable laws.
- Support internal and external audits, and coordinate with auditors for required documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Monitor budgets, cost centers, and variance analysis.




- Liaise with procurement and operations teams for vendor payments and purchase order reconciliations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and related statutory deductions
- Implement and monitor internal controls and SOPs specific to the laboratory finance function.
- Provide financial data and MIS reports to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Accounts role, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma sector
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
