Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in residential construction projects to manage and supervise site execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day residential construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and workers.
- Check site measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, tiling, plumbing, and other finishing works.
- Ensure proper quality of construction work and identify any defects or deviations.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, material records, and work updates.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and work progress at the site.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and proper utilization of resources.
- Track project schedules and ensure activities are completed within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.




- Verify contractor work and assist in BOQ and billing verification.
- Ensure proper site safety practices and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the project and support final project handover.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
- Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, estimation, and billing.
- Good contractor and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Experience in villa, apartment, house construction, or residential interior/renovation projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong site execution and contractor-management experience will be given preference.
- Willingness to travel between residential project sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
