Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of UK geography is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus (GDS) is mandatory.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in UK shifts.
