- Perform dimensional inspection and quality surveillance of aerospace mechanical components and assemblies.
- Check dimensions such as length, diameter, depth, width, radius, angle, profile and pitch circle diameter.
- Verify geometrical parameters including roundness, concentricity, cylindricity, flatness, straightness, perpendicularity, parallelism, position and runout.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, gauges, comparators, height gauges, CMM and video measuring equipment.
- Conduct 100% dimensional inspection as per engineering drawings and inspection plans.
- Perform visual inspection for surface defects and quality surveillance during welding, heat treatment, coating, testing and assembly.
- Prepare inspection reports, visual inspection reports and NCRs.
- Ensure calibration of inspection instruments and maintain inspection records.




- Coordinate with the VSSC focal point and complete inspections within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of precision measurement and dimensional inspection.
- Hands-on experience with conventional metrology instruments.
- Knowledge of CMM and special-purpose inspection machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection plans.
- Knowledge of GD&T; / geometric tolerances.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to prepare inspection reports and NCRs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
