Job Summary:
We are hiring Voice Process Executives for our customer support team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update information.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 6 months of voice process/customer support experience.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a day-shift setting.
