Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interior Architect - Managed Office Spaces with 5-7 years of experience in designing and delivering contemporary managed workplaces, flexible offices, coworking environments and corporate interiors.

The role will be responsible for creating efficient, flexible, technology-enabled and premium workplace environments that enhance productivity, employee experience and operational efficiency. The candidate should combine strong workplace planning and technical design capabilities with an understanding of premium, hospitality-led workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and design managed offices, flexible workspaces, coworking environments and corporate office interiors.

· Develop efficient workplace layouts considering seat density, circulation, privacy, collaboration, employee comfort and flexibility.

· Plan multiple workplace typologies including open workstations, private cabins, manager cabins, meeting rooms, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, focus / phone rooms, reception areas, business lounges, breakout spaces, pantry / cafe areas and utility / support spaces.

· Develop concepts from test fits and schematic planning through detailed design, tender / construction documentation and execution.

· Prepare GA layouts, furniture plans, flooring plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, partition layouts, joinery details and finish schedules.

· Optimize layouts to achieve the appropriate balance between commercial efficiency and employee experience.

· Develop modular and adaptable workplace solutions suitable for changing occupier requirements.

· Integrate acoustic design into meeting rooms, conference facilities, work areas and other privacy-sensitive environments.

· Design high-quality reception and arrival environments using premium finishes, furniture, lighting, signage and digital elements.





· Design business lounges considering seating comfort, workplace technology, ambience and supporting amenities.

· Develop technology-enabled meeting and conference environments, including AV, display, video collaboration and acoustic requirements.

· Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire & life safety, IT, AV, networking, security, access control and BMS teams.

· Ensure adequate planning for power, data, Wi-Fi, AV and other technology requirements.

· Integrate smart-workplace requirements such as meeting-room booking, visitor management and facility-request systems into the interior environment.

· Coordinate with furniture, workstation, lighting, acoustic, flooring and specialist vendors.

· Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups and conduct site inspections to resolve design issues during execution.

· Ensure delivered spaces comply with approved design, quality, cost and project timelines.

Workplace Planning Focus

The candidate should understand the complete managed-office user journey: Arrival -> Reception -> Business Lounge -> Workspace -> Meeting / Collaboration -> Breakout / F&B; -> Amenities -> Support Spaces.

The design approach should balance employee experience, space efficiency, flexibility, technology, acoustics, brand experience and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) preferred. Interior Architecture / Interior Design qualifications with relevant technical experience may also be considered.





· 5-7 years of professional experience in commercial / workplace interiors.

· Strong experience specifically in managed offices, coworking, flexible workplaces or corporate office interiors.

· Experience in large-format workplace projects would be preferred.

· Robust understanding of workplace planning metrics, furniture systems and modern office requirements.

· Demonstrated experience from concept / test-fit through detailed design and site execution.

Technical Skills

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

· Good working knowledge of MS Office and Enscape, Lumion or equivalent visualization tools.

· Revit / BIM proficiency would be an advantage.

· Sound technical understanding of workstation systems, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, acoustics, lighting, joinery and workplace MEP / IT requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will understand that managed office design must work commercially as well as aesthetically. They should be capable of transforming a floor plate into a workplace that maximizes usable capacity while creating a premium environment through reception, lounges, collaboration spaces, meeting facilities, technology, acoustics, furniture, lighting and amenities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
