We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator who can plan, shoot (with assistance), and publish engaging short-form video content for Facebook and Instagram.
This is a performance-driven role where consistency and quality matter equally. If you understand how reels work and can create content that grabs attention, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish 1 reel per day (30 reels/month)
- Plan content ideas aligned with foundation's requirements.
- Shoot videos with available support (team assistance provided)
- Edit reels with engaging hooks, captions, and trends
- Post and optimize content on Facebook & Instagram
- Track basic performance metrics and improve content accordingly
Requirements
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels / short-form video content
- Strong understanding of social media trends and hooks
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
- Ability to maintain daily consistency without supervision
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
