Job Summary

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee complete factory operations, including production, manpower, quality, maintenance, stores, dispatch, safety, and productivity. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations while achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Supervise production supervisors, operators, technicians, and factory staff.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, shift allocation, and attendance management.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and overall productivity.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch, Sales, and HR departments.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, components, tools, and consumables for production.
- Maintain proper production records, reports, and MIS.




- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Implement 5S, safety practices, SOPs, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Control production costs and minimize material and operational wastage.
- Monitor loading, unloading, finished goods, and dispatch activities.
- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, factory rules, and applicable safety requirements.
- Train and develop factory manpower for improved productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and review production performance.
- Report factory performance, issues, and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automobile, or related field.
- Additional certification in Production/Operations Management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
