o Responsible for sales/revenue generation in assigned territory
o Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Planning & Sales Tracking: -
o Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets o Should adhere to the company’s sales process.
o Review the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action.
o Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and take appropriate corrective actions promptly in coordination with the Manager, as and when required.
o Support Manager and Management for Annual, Quarterly, and monthly business planning for the company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management. o Planning and resetting targets when required o Lead and initiate market development activities in the area assigned.
Customer Relation: -
o Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships in the area of responsibility.
o Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer/ prospect complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collection Management: -
o Track amounts receivable from customers and drive the Consultants to collect pending outstanding. o Update the management of possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts.
Desired Profile: - To be a part of our sales team, you should:
1. Have proven experience in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales, Pump/Compressor/Pneumatic/Industrial Sales/ OEM Sales/B2B Sales/Direct Sales.
2. Be energetic and have travelled to all major industrial estates
3. Have objection-handling skills and be able to build a good rapport with the customers.
