Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare quantity estimates, monitor budgets, and support procurement and contract management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Prepare and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses.

- Prepare interim payment applications and verify contractor/subcontractor bills.

- Handle variations, additional works, and rate analysis.

- Assist with tender preparation and contract administration.

- Track material quantities, usage, and wastage.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.

- Prepare cost reports, valuation statements, and other commercial documents.

- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.





- Maintain proper records of contracts, measurements, invoices, and payments.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis.

- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying/cost estimation software.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and cost-control skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
