Location- Silyari, Raipur (C.G.)

Salary- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience- 4–5 Years

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing/production operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, optimize resources, and lead the production team while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Supervise production staff and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
- Control production costs by reducing material wastage and improving productivity.




- Maintain production reports, daily MIS, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production employees to improve performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills

- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent production planning and scheduling abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.
