Travel Requirement

Extensive travel is required within India and internationally.

The Service Engineer will be required to travel to customer locations across India and outside India for:

● Machine installation and commissioning

● Troubleshooting and breakdown support

● Preventive maintenance

● Customer training and technical support

● System validation and performance checks

● Technical inspections and service activities

Candidates should be willing to travel frequently and stay at customer locations for extended periods

when required.

Job Summary

We are looking for Service Engineers to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and

customer support for our industrial machines and technical systems.

The engineer will work closely with customers, service, validation, sales, and technical teams to identify issues and

provide effective and permanent solutions.

Required Technical Skills

● Electrical and electronic troubleshooting.

● Knowledge of sensors, cameras, lighting, cables, and connectors.

● Basic LAN/Wi-Fi networking and IP configuration.





● Basic Windows/Linux troubleshooting.

● Computer hardware and software installation.

● Ability to use a multimeter and basic diagnostic tools.

● Basic knowledge of industrial automation is an advantage.

● Knowledge of Python, Linux, databases, or networking is an added advantage.

Qualifications

● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Textile Engineering or

related fields.

● 0–3 years of experience in technical service, industrial automation, electronics, machine service, or a related field.

● Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel may also be considered.

Candidate Requirements

● Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and customer-handling skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.

● Ability to work independently at customer locations.

● Ability to work under pressure during critical machine breakdowns.

● Good documentation and reporting skills.

● Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
