Position: Leasing Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary- Homesol Real Estate Advisory LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Leasing Manager to manage commercial leasing operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, coordinating property visits, negotiating lease terms, and successfully closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for commercial leasing.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, retailers, startups, and investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for lease execution.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
- Track market trends, rental rates,



and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Required Skills

- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Knowledge of commercial leasing processes and documentation.
- Understanding of market trends and commercial property valuation.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- Experience in office, retail, warehouse, or commercial property leasing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
