Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in handling visa processing for multiple countries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures, client handling, and end-to-end visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle visa applications for multiple countries and visa categories.
- Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
- Prepare, verify, and review visa application documents.
- Handle the complete visa process from initial consultation to submission and follow-up.
- Communicate with clients regularly and provide updates on their applications.
- Identify documentation gaps and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Stay updated on changes in visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client applications and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in visa processing/travel consultancy.
- Experience handling visa applications for multiple countries is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Candidates from the immigration, travel, or visa consultancy industry are preferred.
