We are looking for a motivated and energetic Phlebotomist cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi

Job Responsibilities

- Perform blood sample collection at the laboratory, homes, and health camps.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and transportation of samples.
- Coordinate and support blood checkup camps.
- Promote laboratory tests, health packages, and home collection services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with apartments, gyms, clinics, companies, and other organizations.
- Follow up with customers and generate leads.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
- Maintain proper customer and collection records.

Qualification

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification preferred.




- Experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel for home collections and business development activities.
- Two-wheeler valid driving licence is a must.

Location: Kochi / Kakkanad
Salary: Rs. 15000 - Rs. 18000 + incentives
