Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, responsible for promoting our educational programs and converting leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive nature to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases to generate interest in our courses.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, address queries regarding course details, and provide accurate information about the admission process.
- Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with "warm" leads to encourage enrollment and clear any doubts.
- Data Management: Maintain and update records of all calls, feedback, and student details in the internal database.
- Target Achievement: Work towards meeting daily and monthly admission targets to contribute to the academy's growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and share daily reports on call status and conversion rates with the management team.

Requirements





- Education: Any Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Communication: Fluency in the local language (Malayalam) and basic English.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets) for data entry.
- Attitude: A positive, "never-give-up" attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents over the phone.
