Hi-Tech Group is looking for a Fresher/skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our industrial CO2 Welding Machine products. The role requires on-field visits to client locations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for travel.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in industrial products, machinery, or engineering solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations for customers.
- Achieve sales targets and generate revenue through effective negotiations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions to clients.




- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Travel to different locations using a two-wheeler for client meetings and sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
