Description

As part of a new project supported by our Bangalore team this role will be responsible for Operating and maturing endpoint experience monitoring, device telemetry and proactive remediation capability across physical and virtual endpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, tune and operate DEX / DEM tooling where deployed and approved.

- Monitor endpoint experience across laptops, virtual desktop and key colleague devices.

- Identify poor device experience, performance trends and recurring endpoint issues.

- Provide escalation support for endpoint performance and digital experience issues.

- Feed endpoint experience insights into Tech Bar, Service Desk, EUC and automation teams.

- Support proactive remediation use cases where tooling and approvals are in place.

- Support integration of DEX insights with ServiceNow and operational reporting where available.

- Contribute to XLA / experience reporting once tooling coverage and baseline are agreed

Key Requirements

- DEX/DEM tooling such as Zscaler ZDX,



Nexthink or equivalent.

- Endpoint performance diagnostics and telemetry analysis.

- Understanding of VDI and laptop experience issues.

- ServiceNow integration and reporting awareness.

- Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into operational improvement actions.

- DEX/DEM tooling licences, endpoint telemetry coverage, agent deployment, ServiceNow integration, agreed experience baseline, reporting access and RLG data governance approval.

- Undergraduate degree / Postgraduate or equivalent experience
