As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial and operational activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software, Zoho book .
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and purchase bills
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation
- Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts
- Prepare basic MIS reports for management
- Handle payment entries, receipts, and bank reconciliation
- E-Invoicing: Preparing and issuing e-invoices in compliance with GST regulations.
- E-Way Bills: Generating and managing e-way bills for goods in transit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Managing Daily Dispatches: Overseeing daily dispatches and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Supporting CA with GST Return: Assisting the Chartered Accountant (CA) in the preparation and filing of GST returns on time.
- TDS Return: Supporting the preparation and filing of TDS returns as per the regulations.
- General Accounting Support: Assisting with day-to-day accounting functions such as maintaining ledgers, journal entries,



and other related activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- Additional certification in Accounting/Taxation (preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
