Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salescom Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong headhunting and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a rapidly growing UK Technology & Telecom business, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across sales, technical, and business functions.

Designation: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Industry: Telecom, Managed IT & Cybersecurity
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 1:15 PM to 10:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 1:15 PM to 6:30 PM
- Home drop facility provided

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Close mid-level and senior-level positions within defined timelines.
- Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search/Headhunting.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for:
- SDR / Business Development / Inside Sales roles
- International Phone Sales roles
- Account Management and Customer Success positions
- Customer Support roles
- Software Development and Cybersecurity positions
- Other technology-focused roles
- Experience recruiting for international markets, preferably the UK.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset with a passion for delivering results.
