- Color Matching & Blending: Blend custom paint orders and achieve exact color matches using both computerized color-matching tools and manual evaluation.
- Material Preparation: Accurately weigh and measure base paints, pigments, and additives according to established formulas.
- Quality Control: Test paint batches for properties like viscosity, gloss, and opacity. Make necessary tint adjustments to meet strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely set up, operate, and maintain mixing machinery, paint guns, and scales.
- Safety & Compliance: Properly handle hazardous chemicals, solvents, and thinners. Follow environmental and safety guidelines regarding the disposal of leftover materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material stock levels, reorder supplies, and maintain a clean, organized mixing room.
- Qalification : Plus Two
