Operations Manager – Logistics

Zyro Logistics is looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day business operations in Kochi.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage people, coordinate customers and logistics partners, solve operational problems, and build better systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office and business operations
- Coordinate and manage employees and their daily tasks
- Handle customer queries, complaints and operational issues
- Monitor shipments, documentation and delivery status
- Coordinate with courier partners, vendors and logistics partners
- Coordinate pickup, packing, dispatch and shipment processes
- Ensure operational tasks and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Create, implement and improve SOPs and workflows
- Identify problems and take ownership of finding practical solutions
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending tasks
- Coordinate between customers, employees, vendors and management
- Help improve operational efficiency as the company grows

Logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidates from other backgrounds may also be considered if they demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential and a willingness to learn.

Freshers with exceptional potential may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in operations, logistics, courier, freight forwarding or customer service
- Experience coordinating or managing a team
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM or business software
- Ability to understand and follow operational processes

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
