We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain call records and update lead information
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and polite phone manner
- Positive convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
