Position Details:

- Role: Assistant Manager Maintenance - Electrical
- Experience: 8–12 Years

- Industry: Food Manufacturing
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Pharma Experience: Not Required / Pharma experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical design, development, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Manage electrical projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Diagnose electrical faults and conduct root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as Contactors, Connectors, SMPS, SSR, Relays, VFDs, PLCs, Terminal Blocks, and related hardware.
- Prepare and implement preventive and periodic maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
- Maintain electrical panels, packing machines, process equipment, utilities, solar systems (if applicable), fabrication equipment, and other plant electrical systems.
- Ensure timely availability and proper inventory of engineering spares and consumables.
- Prepare and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for existing systems and new projects.
- Prepare BOMs, cost estimates, technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.




- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and other engineering documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
- Use AutoCAD and other relevant electrical design tools for engineering activities.

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in electrical design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of electrical panels and their functionalities.
- Experience in maintenance scheduling and implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical equipment, controls, PLCs, VFDs, relays, SMPS, SSR, contactors, connectors, and terminals.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Experience in project management, team leadership, budgeting, and BOM preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent electrical design software.
- Ability to read, prepare, and understand SLDs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
