- Handle inbound customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution through non-voice channels (email, live chat, and support tickets).
- Review, process, and evaluate incoming requests strictly using blinded identifiers and standardized workflows without access to personally identifiable information (PII).
- Accurately document all ticket actions, decisions, and customer communications within the anonymized CRM platform.
- Identify complex or unblinded edge cases and escalate them to tier-2 support or specialized compliance teams according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high quality, accuracy, and resolution speed while adhering to data protection policies.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
