Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Training & Coaching
- Conduct fitness consultations, health screenings, and body composition assessments.
- Design customized training programs aligned with client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, rehab support, sports conditioning, etc.).
- Deliver safe, effective, and motivating one-to-one and small group training sessions.
- Track client progress and regularly review program effectiveness.
2. Member Engagement & Retention
- Build strong professional relationships with members to enhance retention.
- Proactively approach members on the fitness floor to offer guidance and support.
- Provide basic exercise demonstrations and ensure proper technique.
- Maintain high visibility and interaction on the gym floor.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell personal training packages to members.
- Conduct PT inductions and conversion sessions.
- Achieve monthly personal training revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, renewals, and client progress.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure a safe training environment at all times.
- Enforce proper equipment usage and gym etiquette.
- Maintain current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
5. Professional Development
- Stay updated with latest fitness trends and training methodologies.
- Participate in internal workshops and skill development programs.
- Maintain qualified appearance and brand standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) – recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, K11, etc.).
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
