We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join A. Fern’s Bespoke Tailor House. The role involves assisting clients with bespoke suits, shirts, trousers and formalwear, understanding their requirements and converting enquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and appointments.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Explain our bespoke tailoring services, fabrics, styles and pricing.
- Generate sales through walk-ins, enquiries, follow-ups and referrals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the tailor and production team regarding customer requirements, measurements and fittings.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders.
- Assist with corporate, wedding and bulk orders.
- Keep the showroom and customer area presentable.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a qualified appearance.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, fashion or menswear is preferred.
- Interest in suits, fashion and premium menswear will be an advantage.
- Ability to speak English and Hindi; Marathi/Konkani is an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable working with sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
