About the Role

Ansh Furniture is looking for a hands-on and dependable Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, purchasing, vendor coordination and inventory records.

This is an execution-focused role requiring accuracy, discipline and strong ownership. The selected candidate will work closely with management, vendors, factory teams and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accounts and record daily transactions in Tally.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Manage vendor onboarding, quotations, documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material purchases.
- Track material receipts, stock movement and stock consumption.
- Maintain accurate inward, outward and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock reconciliation with factory records.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain organised supporting documents for every transaction.
- Support GST, TDS, e-way bills and other accounting compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular expense, purchase, stock and management reports.
- Identify discrepancies and follow up with the responsible teams until closure.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Practical working knowledge of Tally or Tally Prime.
- Use of genAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity is a plus.
- Understanding of invoicing, accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and e-way bill processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in purchasing, vendor management or inventory accounting is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, furniture, trading or a similar business will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, factory teams and management.
- Honest, dependable and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership.
