Brief Job Description: The resource shall be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, mainly on Zoho & Salesforce platforms. The job requires a self-motivated & self-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into features on respective Zoho & Salesforce applications.
- The resource will be part of a functional project team responsible for owning and executing the delivery of custom solutions that are uniquely tailored to our client's business needs.
- Providing demonstrations, presentations, and preparation of business requirement document.
- Support continuous process improvement by identifying and documenting issues and implement processes to prevent future occurrences.
- Writing test cases that can be delivered to clients and support them during UAT process.
- Interact with the business users/clients, debug and derive the technical issue to resolution.
Skills Required:
- A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as with languages (Python, Java, C#, C++, etc).
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment, is preferred.
- Zoho or Salesforce Certification preferred.
