The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, training & development, and organizational culture. The role ensures smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and statutory requirements while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances effectively.
- Design and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system (KPI/KRA-based).
- Coordinate annual/half-yearly performance reviews.
- Support managers in identifying and managing performance improvement areas.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain statutory registers and handle audits from government bodies.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and consultants as required.
6. Payroll & HR Administration
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing in coordination with Accounts.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee records (physical & digital).
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements and statutory deductions.
7. Policy & Process Development
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Implement best HR practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to organizational values and ethical standards.
8. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Ensure smooth clearance and full & final settlement processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per month
