Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day production activities of the company. Freshers with the right skills, willingness to learn, and leadership potential are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time.
- Manage and coordinate production staff and allocate work effectively.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of products during production.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, equipment, and other resources.
- Coordinate with the Stock, Accounts, Quality, Logistics, and Management teams as required.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.
- Monitor production schedules and identify delays or operational issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the production area.
- Identify production-related problems and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure products are produced according to company standards and requirements.
- Support continuous improvement in production processes and efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management according to business requirements.

- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous production, manufacturing, inventory, or team-management experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of managing day-to-day production operations.
