About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT and digital marketing services, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead databases.
- Introduce the company and explain our products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Share company profiles, proposals, service details, and other information with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update daily calling and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team for qualified leads.
- Follow up regularly until the lead is converted or closed.
- Handle basic customer questions professionally.
- Maintain a professional relationship with prospects and clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer requirements and market response.

- Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
- Report daily calling and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
